  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to your original packaging.

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; we recommend keeping your tracking number for peace of mind.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
